1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") govern the relationship between Janua LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "us"), registered in the Republic of Armenia, and the user (hereinafter referred to as "User", "you") of the Janua mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "App").

By using the App, you confirm that you have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and fully accept them. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you may not use the App.

2. Service Description

The Janua App provides automatic job monitoring services on the hh.ru website. Key features include:

• Automatic checking for new vacancies based on specified filters
• Push notifications when new vacancies appear
• Setting up to 5 active searches simultaneously
• Choosing check intervals from 5 to 60 minutes
• Importing search parameters via URL from hh.ru

The App does not guarantee employment and is not an intermediary between employers and job seekers. We only provide a tool for timely information about new vacancies.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. User Requirements

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Have the legal right to accept this Agreement

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities performed under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1. Pricing Plans

The App offers the following pricing plans:

• Trial period: 3 days of free access to all features
• Weekly subscription: $2.99 for 7 days
• Monthly subscription: $4.99 for 30 days
• Annual subscription: $39.99 for 365 days

4.2. Payment Terms

• Payment is processed through App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the period
• Prices may vary depending on region and currency
• We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice

4.3. Subscription Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through App Store or Google Play settings
• After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period
• Refunds are handled according to App Store / Google Play policies

5. User Rights and Obligations

5.1. User Rights

• Use the App according to its intended functionality
• Receive technical support
• Delete your account and data at any time
• Receive notifications about changes to this Agreement

5.2. User Obligations

• Not to disrupt the operation of the App and servers
• Not to use the App for illegal purposes
• Not to share account access with third parties
• Not to attempt to bypass technical limitations of the App
• Not to use automated tools to interact with the App

6. Prohibited Activities

When using the App, the following is prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the App
• Copying, modifying, or distributing the App
• Using the App for spam or mass mailings
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Company systems
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
• Reselling or transferring subscriptions to third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including source code, design, logos, trademarks, and content, belong to the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the App to you. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation of the App
• Absence of errors and failures
• Accuracy and completeness of vacancy data
• Compatibility with all devices
• Achievement of any specific results

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
• Lost profits or data loss
• Actions of third parties, including hh.ru
• Changes in hh.ru's operation or policies
• Inability to use the App for technical reasons

The Company's total liability for any claims related to the App is limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

10.1. By User

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account through the App settings or by sending a request to support[at]janua.io.

10.2. By Company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App:

• Upon violation of this Agreement
• Upon suspicion of fraud or abuse
• At the request of law enforcement
• Upon discontinuation of the service

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. We will notify you of significant changes via push notification, email, or in-App notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Armenia.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. General Provisions

• If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
• Failure by the Company to exercise any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof.
