This Privacy Policy describes how Janua LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in the Republic of Armenia, collects, uses, and protects information from users of the Janua mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "App").

By using our App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

• Search parameters: URLs from hh.ru, search filters (position, city, salary, etc.)
• Notification settings: selected check intervals, push notification preferences

• Technical data: device type, operating system version, unique device identifier
• Usage data: app usage frequency, features you use
• Push tokens: identifiers for sending push notifications

3.3. Data We DO NOT Collect

• We do not collect your precise location data (GPS)
• We do not have access to your hh.ru credentials
• We do not collect data from other apps on your device

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

• Provide services: monitor job listings based on your filters and send notifications
• Improve service: analyze usage to enhance app functionality
• Support: respond to your questions and resolve technical issues
• Security: prevent fraud and protect against abuse

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs): for delivering push notifications on iOS
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): for delivering push notifications on Android
• Cloud providers: for data storage and processing (servers located in the EU)
• Analytics services: anonymized data to improve the app

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not use it for targeted advertising.

6. Data Storage and Security

6.1. Retention Periods

• Account data: until account deletion by user
• Search parameters: until search deactivation or account deletion
• Technical logs: 90 days

We implement the following measures to protect your data:

• Data encryption in transit (TLS 1.3)
• Data encryption at rest
• Limited employee access to personal data

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings or by sending a request to support[at]janua.io. After deletion:

• All your personal data will be deleted within 30 days
• Backup copies will be deleted within 90 days
• Anonymized statistical data may be retained

9. Children

Our App is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently received data from a child, please contact us to have it deleted.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country. We ensure an adequate level of data protection in accordance with applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes via push notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
